C19 mid-late range of shops. 3 storeys and dormers. 5 windows irregular frontage
with splayed 1 window corner treatment. Slated mansard roof with bracketed eaves
cornice and 7 hipped dormers. Rusticated grit stone ashlar with sill and floor
strings. 2, 3 and 4 light windows with transomes and mullions; projecting 4
light oriel window at north end of 1st floor. Ground floor with 4 wide segmental
arched openings flanked by attached columns. Main entrance with trefoil arched
doorway. Cast iron balconies at 1st floor level on stone brackets. Included
for group value.

Nos 21 to 33 (consec) form a group.
