Late C18 or early C19, altered. 2 storeys. 2 windows. Coursed grit stone rubble
with bowed front with pebble dash finish to gable. Welsh slate roof with carved
gable bargeboard. Later 3 light window, ground floor with cornice. Modern porch.
Included for group value.

Nos 7 to 12 (consec) form a group with Promenade Court, Cornwall Road and the
return of No 30 Swan Road.
