Earlier C18. Formerly 2 semi-detached cottages, now in one occupation. 2 storeys.
3 windows. Welsh slate roof with gable chimneys and kneelers; eaves with C20
carved bargeboards. Coursed grit stone rubble strings at lst floor level. Modern
inserted mullion windows and ground floor bow with leaded lights. Modern central
doorway replacing former 2 doorways. Included for group value.

Nos 7 to 12 (consec) form a group with Promenade Court, Cornwall Road and the
return of No 30 Swan Road.
