Earlier Cl9. 2 storeys and basement. 1 window. Welsh slate roof, gable with
sleepers and carved bargeboard to eaves. Coursed grit stone rubble. Flush framed
lst floor window. Ground floor with wooden splayed bay window with cornice.
Modern doorway with bracketed canopy approached by steps with wrought iron railing.
Mid Cl9 cast iron railings to area. Included for group value.

Nos 7 to 12 (consec) form a group with Promenade Court, Cornwall Road and the
return of No 30 Swan Road.
