C19 earlier with later Cl9 bow windows. 3 storeys and semi-basements. 2 windows
each. Welsh slated roofs with bracketed gutters. Grit stone ashlar with floor
bands. Recessed sash windows, some with glazing bars and aprons. Splayed bay
windows with cornices rising through ground and 1st floors. Nos 12 and 13 doorcases
with console-bracketed cornices (No 12 with pediment); round arched doorways
with fanlights (No 13 radial) and panelled doors. Nos 14 and 15 good wooden
doorcases with pilasters carrying entablature with triglyphs; arched doorways
with panelled reveals, radial fanlights and panelled doors. Entrances approached
by steps with wrought iron railings.

Nos 12 to 15 (consec) form a group.
