Cl9 earlier pair. 2 storeys. 2 windows each. Slated roof. Stucco front.
Recessed sash windows with glazing bars to lst floor. No 12 with modern bow
window and doorway with hood in recessed ground floor bay. No l3, later C19
shopfront with pilasters and brackets carrying entablature-fascia. Included
for group value.
