C19 later. 3 storeys. 2 window. Slated roof with gabled front and bracketted
eaves. Stucco. 2nd floor with 2 light segmental arched sash windows with bracketted
cornices; 1st floor with splayed bow windows with pilasters carrying entablature.
Wooden shopfront with pilasters and modified consoles carrying projecting cornice.
Shop window altered; doorway with fanlight. Included for group value.

Nos 31 to 39 (odd) form a group with the return of No 1 Cresent Road.
