C19 early. 3 storeys. Double fronted with 2 windows Slated roof with coped
gable and kneelers. Coursed, squared grit stone rubble. Recessed sash windows,
some with glazing bars. Stone doorcase with pilasters carrying entablature;
round-headed, recessed doorway with radial fanlight and panelled door approached
by steps.
NOs 37 and 39
C18 later. 3 storeys. 2 windows each. Stone slate roof. Coursed squared grit
stone rubble. Flush framed sash windows with exposed boxing. Ground floor with
modern shopfronts. Included for group value. No 1 Crescent Road forms part
of this group.

Nos 31 to 39 (odd) form a group with the return of No 21 Crescent Road.
