Circa 1858 in Gothic style, now used as tool store. 1 storey, 2 window gabled
front. Fishtail slate roof with bargeboards to gable. Grit stone ashlar with
rusticated block quoins. Lunette in gable with hood mould and ball flower decoration.
Windows with diamond leaded lights. Central boarded door.
