Late C18 (not shown in the Hearne/Bartolizzi "View of Ripon Minster", dated 1799, but
described in an advertisement of 1797). Pink brick. Slate roof. Four bays: 2 centre
bays one-storey end bays 2-storey with pyramidal roofs. Ashlar imposts and sill
bands. Diocletian windows with wooden mullions and sashes with glazing bars: those in
centre bays are the fanlights to 2 coach doors: those on ground floor of end bays are
set in slightly recessed panels, with doors with 6 moulded panels.
