1863. Pink brick, with ashlar dressings. Steeply pitched slate roof with overhanging
eaves, bargeboarded gables and dormers above each bay. Two storeys. String. Four
bays, each with paired trefoil-headed sashes with hoodmoulds. Two porches, each
serving 2 doors: steep pitched slate roof, bargeboarded: 2-centred arches with
hoodmoulds on mask label stops: shields with "WY" on left hand one, "AD 1863" on right
hand one.
