Early C20. Ashlar. Three storeys. Moulded eaves cornice and blocking course.
Continuous first floor sill. Band above ground floor. Continuous moulded ground
floor impost band: horizontally rusticated below this. Two bays to Market Place, 3 to
Kirkgate. Second floor windows have plain raised frames with keystones. First floor
windows have plain raised Wilton surrounds with triangular pediments on long fluted
consoles. Ground floor windows and doors round-arched with moulded imposts and triple
