Mid-C19. Pink brick. Hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Bracketted wooden eaves
cornice. Three bays: sashes with glazing bars and continuous first tloor sill band.
Two ground floor stone canted bays with modillioned cornice. Door with 6 fielded
panels and oblong fanlight in Tuscan ashlar surround.
