1885. Formerly the Victoria Hall. Whate-washed brick. Slate roof. Two storeys.
Bracketed eaves. Five bays: sashes with glazing bars on first floor, 2 on ground
floor. One door with semi-circular fanlight. One door with 2 side-lights in moulded
architrave. Extension at west end of one bay's width, 3 storeys height.
