Former cottage now business premises. Early C18. Rendered brick. Dentilled eaves.
Steep pantile roof, half hipped. 2 storeys. 3 small casement windows to 1st floor.
Entrance with C20 door is flanked by bow windows with C20 glazing. End elevation to
Leigh Street has a simple shop front with wooden surround and a small C19 sash window
in a flush wood architrave. Important position in cobbled square.
