Outbuildings. c1860. By William Butterfield for Viscount Downe of
Baldersby Park. Red brick, English bond, blue brick diapering and
banding: Tile roof. One and a half storeys, 3 bays. Left to right:
entrance with 6-panel door, plain surround, segmental relieving arch;
4-pane sash with stone sill; slightly projecting bay containing
ventilator window with boarded double doors to hay-loft above, half-
hipped gable over. Built as the offices and stables of the Baldersby
Park Estate Agent.
