Baldersby St James
3/23 Cross in graveyard
12 metres south of
church of St James

Cross. 1856-58. By William Butterfield. Stone. Fleurée cross with
central boss and pierced arms with octagonal shaft on square 2-stage
plinth with sunk quatrefoil and cinquefoil panels. The same style of
cross is used in the keystone of the church porch and in some grave
stones (qv).
