2 storey rendered early/mid C19 house. Plain angle pilasters. Hipped slate
roof with projecting eaves. Large central stack. 2 windows to lst floor, sashes
with glazing bars. Ground floor extension with cornice and small shop window
to right. Entrance in extension to left of front. Included for group value
only.

Nos 2 t0 34 (even), No 5, Nos 35 to 39 (odd), and No 13 Seavdale Road form a group
together with Nos 3 and 7 which are of local interest.
