Church. C13 and C15, tower 1812. Restoration 1873. Coursed rubble
with cobbles, C20 tile roof. West tower, nave, south transept, chancel
with vestry and organ chamber to north. Tower of 5 stages with
battlemented parapet and corner finials. Nave: 2 bays,4 windows with
Perpendicular tracery, 2 being C19 restorations. South transept:
Y-traceried west window. 3-bay chancel: Y-traceried windows and C19
3-light east window. Interior: remains of Saxon sculptures in north
wall of organ chamber. South transept has tomb recess and C13 piscina
and C15 brasses. Also memorials to Graham family of Norton Conyers.
Chancel contains double piscina and 3 sedilia, also a C14 carved wooden
chest.
