One large 3 storey early/mid C19 building. Roughcast and rendered fronts with
incised masonry on right. Roof not visible. 4 windows plus 1 window space.
Stepped voussoir lintels to right. Sashes with glazing bars. Paired round-headed
doors to right with stepped voussoirs and fanlights. Bar frontage to No 35.
Area railings to basements downhill on left.

No 5, Nos 35 to 39 (odd), Nos 2 to 34 (even) and number 13 Seavdale Road form a group
together with Nos 3 and 7 which are of local interest.
