4/12 Rose Tree Farmhouse and
House and attached barn. Late C18. Coursed gritstone, graduated stone
slate roof. 2 storeys. House: 2 bays with third bay taken from barn range.
Main range: C19 board door to right in plain surround. To left: two 2-light
flat-faced mullion windows with plain surrounds and 4-pane sashes. First-
floor windows similar. Ashlar coping and kneeler to right. Central stack.
Lower range to right comprises: ground and first-floor windows to left as
main range; right - flat-arched cart door with key stone and voussoirs;
right again - C20 door'to byre. Stack to right of windowed section. Farm
outbuilding attached to left of farmhouse not of special interest.
