Late C18/early Cl9 house with later shop fronts on a prominent corner site between Old Street and Highdale Road. 2 storey roughcast front with parapet, pantile roof. 4 windows, sashes with thin glazing bars. Ogee-headed stone panel set in wall to right of double shop front. Further C19 shop front with cresting
over fascia on Old Street.

All the listed buildings in the Triangle, East Clevedon, (including Byegones in
Highdale Road) form a group.
