Milepost. C19. Cast iron with gritstone support. Triangular in plan with
rounded head, approximately 80 centimetres high. Inscriptions: head:
'Wetherby Spofforth Knaresboro Road. Kirk Deighton'. Flat top: ' Brayshaw
and Booth Makers Liversedge'. Left face: 'Wetherby 1 mile'. Right face:
'Harrogate 7 miles Knaresbro 6 miles Spofforth 2 miles'.
