3 storey plus basement mid Cl9 house overlooking the sea. Ashlar front with
centre recessed. Cornices over 1st and 2nd floors (some dentils to 1st floor).
Blocking course at eaves level with curved centre parapet flanked by volutes.
Paired pilasters to upper floors, banded rustication to ground floor. 3 windows
with architrave surrounds. Cornices on volutes to ground and lst floors. Sashes,
some glazing bars missing. 3-light windows flank central Ionic porch with balustraded
parapet. Double doors up 5 steps.

Nos 12 to 15 (consec) and Norfolk House form a group.
