2 storey early/mid C19 villa, altered on ground floor. Roughcast front with
incised masonry. Hipped slate roof. 3 windows, sashes, glazing bars. Modern
bays to ground floor. Central round-headed doorway under porch with fluted columns.

No 5, the White house, Nos 11 to 15 (odd), Woodspring District Offices, and
Christ Church Chapel Hill form a group.
