Single early/mid C19 house (recently modernised at time of survey 1974) set above tile road. Rendered and whitewashed. Slate roof, hipped to right with projecting eaves. Four windows, all with shutters in wood frames. aaslles, no glazing bars. Trellised verandah to ground floor.

Included for group value.

No 25 including extenisons, Nos 27 and 29 (Mount Heber), Cliff House, United Reformed Church Hall, and No 37 form a group.
