mID C19 Gothic cottage with 2 storey painted roughcast front. Slate roof with
3 gablets and tall stone stacks. Fretted bargeboards to eaves. 3 windows with
rectangular dripmoulds and ogee headed lights to lst floor. Canted 4-light stone
bays to sides on ground floor also with ogee tops to lights. Central porch with
fretted bargeboards.

No 25 including extensions, Nos 27 and 29, Cliff House and Mount Heber, United
Refomed Church Hall, and No 37 form a group.
