School. 1876. Brick, English bond, purple slate roof with bands of grey
slates. One-storey, L-shaped plan, each wing with 2 windows. Porch to
right with gabled roof, plank door. Sash windows with cambered heads in
moulded brick surrounds. Polychromatic brickwork emphasises sill band and
window heads. Roof has 3 gabled ventilators with louvred fronts. Bellcote
to right. This building forms a group with the church and clock tower (qv).
