south side of Copt Hewick


Balustrade. Late C18 or C19. Ashlar. Approximately 80 centimetres high
and forming 3 sides of a gravelled area immediately in front of the house.
Built in the style of C17 strapwork, with geometric patterns and square
section piers with ball finials.
