9/90 Well House

GV II

House. Late C17 - early C18. Coursed squared gritstone, purple slate roof.
2 storeys, 4 bays; lobby-entrance plan. C20 door in single-storey porch to
bay 2, the jambs chamfered and the lintel chamfer cut to a crenellated
pattern. Recessed-chamfered mullion windows throughout, of 5 lights to left
of entrance and of 3 lights to right and far right. Bulbous shaped
kneelers, gable copings; corniced stacks to ridge above and to each end.
Interior not inspected.
