approximately 5 metres
north-east of Spring
House

GV II

Outbuilding and cart-shed. Dated 1886, using C17 masonry. Coursed squared
gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 4 bays, the south bay of 2 storeys,
the remainder open to roof. Quoins. Centre and right: 3 late C19 cart
entrances, that to right blocked; wooden lintel at eaves level. Bay to
left: a 2-light recessed-chamfered mullion window to ground and first
floors. Left quoin has inscription 'F.B.G. 1886' in a recess. Included for
group value.
