1/17 Laurel House


House. Mid C18 with mid C19 alterations. Red brick, Flemish bond, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys with attic, 3 first-floor windows. Rusticated ashlar
quoins. Central 4-panel door, top half glazed, in alternate quoined
surround with double keystone to lintel. Sashes in flush wood architraves,
with stone sills and keyed lintels. Dentilled eaves, cut-back kneelers,
ashlar gable copings, end stacks.
