At the west end of the terrace garden on north side of Clevedon Court is an octagonal
summer-house, Probably C18. Colourwashed walls with cornice and parapet. Pyramidal
roof with ball-finial at apex. Sash windows with glazing bars in sides facing
south. Recessed doorway with half glazed door facing terrace.

Clevedon Court and all listed ancillary buildings at Clevedon Court (including
the boundary walls) form a group.
