Pateley Bridge
16/53 The Talbot Hotel

Hotel. Early C18. Coursed squared stone, ashlar, graduated stone slate
roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Double gabled facade. Plinth. Raised quoins.
Central 6-panel door in pedimented Tuscan doorcase. All windows are 4-pane
sashes with plain stone surrounds, that above door is semicircular headed
with imposts and keystone. Plain bands to all floors at lintel level.
Above quoins a frieze and cornice, topped by large ball finials; gables with
stone coping. End stacks.
