Farmhouse and barn. Dated 1687. Coursed squared stone, ashlar with graduated
stone slate and Welsh slate roofs. House with attached barn to right. House:
2 storeys, 4 bays. Lobby-entrance plan. Quoins. Central board door in cham-
fered stone surround with basket-arched lintel, about continuous hoodmould,
with tablet above with date 1687 and hoodmould. The door is flanked by single
6-light, double-chamfered mullioned windows, with central major mullions and
continuous hoodmoulds. First floor: all 4 windows are 3-light, double-chamfered
mullioned windows, apart from that to bay 3 which is of 4 lights. Kneeler to
left, stone copings, end stack to left and one to ridge, both corniced. Barn:
2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins to right. 3 chamfered doorways with chamfered window
to right of left door, to right of central door a C19 square window opening.
First floor: a blind chamfered mullioned 3-light window to left. To centre
a small one-light chamfered blind opening. Shaped kneeler and stone coping
to right.
