House. Mid - late C17, reroofed in C19. Coursed squared gritstone,
graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with rear outshut. Quoins.
Central 4-panel door with quoined jambs, flanked by 3-light recessed
chamfered mullion windows, each with a central sash; the upper windows
smaller. First floor centre; an oval chamfered window in solid stone
surround. Central ridge stack, the upper part rebuilt. Interior: large
fireplace in front room right has moulded brackets supporting the lintel.
Remaining rooms not seen at resurvey. Rear: original outshut right lit by
two 2-light recessed chamfered mullion windows, the right mullion missing.
Added outshut has central narrow blocked window.
