Barn and stable range. Mid C18 with C19 addition and alterations in 1928
(stable door lintel raised and reslated). Coursed squared gritstone,
graduated stone slate roof. 4 bays with added bay left. Quoins. Main
range: cart entrance with double board doors, quoined jambs and segmental
arch bay 3; byre door with quoined jambs tied into the building quoins far
right. Bay 1: external steps to hay loft door with quoined jambs, dog
kennel beneath steps. Bay 2: stable door with long and short jamb stones,
window to left, square ventilated window above. Interior: 2 king-post
trusses with splayed struts, and 2 queen-strut trusses. Added bay left: C20
sliding door, square pitching door above. Shaped kneelers, gable coping.
