Barn. Probably mid-late C18, incorporating door lintel dated 1699. Finely-
laid gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 3 bays with outshut along south
side. Double doors under outshut on south side, timber lintel. North side:
narrow threshing door to centre with chamfered quoined jambs and lintel
inscribed "A 1699 JRC", the 9's reversed. Pitching doors to left and right,
under eaves. Right return: owl hole under apex of gable, ledge and row of
pigeon holes below; 3 rows of vent holes, some blocked. Interior: 4 queen-
strut trusses.
