House. Early C18 with mid C19 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone,
graduated stone slate roof. A tall 3-storey house of 3 x 1 bays with added
2-bay wing to rear, right. Rusticated quoins. Central double 6-panel doors
in architrave with consoles supporting a triangular pediment. 4-pane sashes
throughout; in eared architrave first floor centre, in architrave to second
floor centre; remaining windows in projecting plain surrounds. Projecting
band at first and second floor levels; shaped gutter brackets and kneelers;
gable copings and end corniced stacks. Left return: 3 tiers of blind
windows in projecting surrounds. Interior not inspected.
