Farmhouse and barn. Mid - late C18. Coursed gritstone rubble, graduated
stone slate roofs. 2-storey, 2-bay house with rear outshut and lower,
probably 4-bay, barn. Quoins. House: central board door with tie-stone
jambs, flanking 3-light flat-faced mullion windows, the mullions slightly
recessed and each window has 1 mullion removed and casement frames inserted.
Ridge stack left. Barn: double board doors to cart entrance bay 2 with
quoined jambs and cambered arch. Slit vents and putlog holes. Interior not
examined at resurvey; the house unoccupied.
