2 storey mid C19 house forming half of a terrace with No 18 which is altered
and not included. No 16 has a roughcast front with painted detail. Centre
comes forward slightly. Cornice and blocking course. End pilasters. 3 windows
with architrave surrounds, cornices to centre of 1st and ground floors. Sashes,
glazing bars. Central doorway under hood on volutes.
