Mid C19 house, now subdivided. 2 storey roughcast front with painted detail.
Centre comes forward slightly. Cornice and blocking course. End pilasters.
3 windows with architrave surrounds and cornices on volutes. Sashes with glazing
bars. Cornice on volutes to central entrance. Lower 2 storey extension to
Nos 22 to 26 (even) and Apsley form a group together with No 20, Gorsecliffe and
Highcliffe Hotel which are of local interest.
