GV II

House. Mid C18 with C19 alterations. Brick in English garden wall bond,
pantile roof. Double range, one room in depth, with twin gable ends to
road. 2 storeys with attics, 4 first-floor windows. 6-panel door with
4-pane sash in altered opening to left, and 2 recessed sashes with glazing
bars to right. Raised band. First floor: sashes with glazing bars with
raised band at level of centre of sash which rises over the windows forming
continuous hoodmoulds. Slatted window to left attic. All openings below
flat soldier arches. Gable coping. Ridge stacks. Included for group
value.
