Mid C18. Farmhouse and hind's cottage in one build. Local light red brick, English
garden wall bond. Modern concrete pantiles. Stone gable copings and kneelers, end
and ridge brick chimneys.

Two storeys, one and three windows, modern casements in original openings under flat
gauged brick arches. Modern glazed central porch.
