Early C19 altered. Rendered front with small bracketed eaves cornice. Swept pantiled
roof with right hand stone coping and kneeler, tall brick chimney. Three storeys, two
windows, modern top opening lights. Modern shop. Included mainly because integral
with Nos 45 and 45a.
