Church. C12 nave, C13 chancel altered in C14, C19 south porch and north
vestry. Sandstone, rendered, with stone-slate roof. Nave: diagonal
buttress. Gabled porch has chamfered pointed-arch doorway with hoodmould.
South doorway C12 with columns and cushion capitals, single step arch and
board door. To right of porch two C19 windows of 2 trefoil-headed lights
under flat hoodmoulds. Chancel: 2 bays. Central buttress; angle buttress
at east end topped by a pinnacle. C15 pointed-arch boarded priest's door
with, to left, a one-light chamfered window and to right a 3-light window
with pointed arches, chamfered surround and flat hoodmould. Decorated east
window of 3-lights with reticulated tracery. At west end a C19 bell-cote.
Ashlar coping. Interior: early C15 effigy of a priest wearing a chasuble
and holding a chalice.
