9/16 Barossa Cottage

House. Mid to late C18. Coursed squared stone, pantile roof. 2 bays,
left-hand bay 2 storeys, right-hand bay 1 storey, lower. Central board
door, flat arch. To left a 4-pane side sliding sash, to right a 16-pane
side sliding sash, both have flat arches with voussoirs. First floor: sash
with stone sill. Shaped kneelers and stone coping to right-hand side of
each bay. Included for group value.
