3/26 Methodist Chapel

Methodist chapel. 1814. Red brick in Flemish bond, Welsh slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Central bay is set in recessed arch. Central 6-panel door
in rusticated stone arched surround with keystone, in front a modern gabled
porch. Between keystone and first-floor window is a stone panel bearing
inscription 'METHODIST CHAPEL'. All windows are 26-pane sashes, arched with
stone sills and brick arches. First-floor stone band. Gutter held by
paired plain brackets. Roof hipped.
