12/10 Rose Cottage farmhouse
and attached garden wall

Farmhouse and attached garden wall. Early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond,
pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 1-bay lower wing to right, to left same
height screen wall. C20 half-glazed door in plain stone surround with
cornice to left of right-hand bay. Windows are 2-pane sashes with stone
sills and flat stucco arches. Moulded stone eaves band. Fluted hopper head
to central gutter. Stone coping, end stacks and 1 to ridge. To wing and
screen wall double recessed blind semicircular arches. At right angle to
each end a stone coped ramped brick wall.
