Bridge and causeway. C18. Ashlar. Whole bridge approximately ΒΌ mile in
length with arches at roughly a third and two thirds along the length. 2
segmental arches with voussoirs and hoodmoulds flanked by pilasters, bands
over and parapets with chamfered coping. Band, and parapet continue onto
the causeways. Round end piers. Half the bridge is in the parish of Great
Smeaton.
